NETWORK MAINTENANCE

The maintenance of a network after installation is vitally important. If after making a substantial investment a device fails, this can have catastrophic effects on business.

Some clients may not want a formal maintenance agreement but want to be assured that if a network component fails, they can receive a quick replacement or quick engineering. We call this Informal Maintenance.

If you have a failure and require a replacement quickly, we can get either a replacement or an engineer to you, in most cases on the next working day. This can be more cost efficient than the costs of a formal maintenance agreement where 100% availability is not critical.
