You may decide that you do not need a specific maintenance contract to cover your equipment because of financial restrictions. The business may however deem that all systems must be protected from failure to ensure continuity.

Although we cannot guarantee an exact part replacement, if Excis Networks is approached we will undertake to replace a failed component within an agreed time limit at the point of failure.In many cases we supply components that are better than the parts that have failed.

The informal contract works like this. If you wish an informal contract, then we will audit your infrastructure.This is so we can understand your organisation and your hardware. Once we have this information, we hold it on file and should a failure occur, we have an idea of the equipment used by your organisation and its configuration.

This way we are able to react quickly and supply the right replacement when it is needed. If you require an engineer, we will not send them to you without knowing something about you and your business. Therefore by doing some work up front, we are able to provide engineers who can immediately assist our clients with any issue that they may have.

If you suffer an outage and we replace the component that failed, then there are several ways that we can handle this.

You can either pay for the replacement part or alternatively if we can repair the failed component, then we will rent the replacement equipment to your organisation until the original is repaired.
